Job summary

Noblis is seeking an engineer with strong AutoCAD skills to lead Technical Data Package development for Machinery Control Systems and related programs. You will manage baselines, produce installation drawings, and coordinate with multiple engineering teams and government stakeholders. Travel to ships is possible for verification.

The role requires a bachelor's in electrical or mechanical engineering and 1–3 years of AutoCAD experience, with strong attention to detail and independent work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–3 years' experience in AutoCAD and drawing review.
• Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for MCS, RSC, and EC on Navy programs.
• Create electrical block installation drawings in AutoCAD for ship alterations.
• Review legacy configurations and document baselines in NSWC TDPs.
• Coordinate data exchange between BIW, ISEA, and Navy stakeholders.
