Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction supervision experience required.
• Experience in planning and production control.
• Military E-6 or higher may be relevant.
• Production supervision background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction process for AOR; define scope and deliverables.
• Manage schedule to meet contract specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and expedite resolution of design, material, grouping, scheduling, manpower issues.
• Liaise with trades management to control cost performance and overtime needs.
• Assess growth work and contract-funded changes for funding and integration.
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans.
• Perform inspections and document discrepancies; ensure corrective actions.
