Job summary

MIKEL is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist II to support the BYG-1 Integrated Logistics Support team at NUWC on-site in Middletown, RI. The role focuses on configuration management for media, shipments, and documentation within a DoD environment.

You will prepare transmittals, upload receipts, track deliveries, and ensure both classified and unclassified materials are stored and documented properly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the AN/BYG-1 Media Delivery Team with paperwork and tracking.
• Prepare transmittals for shipments and upload receipts.
• Track deliveries and verify receipt of shipments; ensure quality and compliance.
• Handle and store classified and unclassified material; manage Alfresco docs.
• Coordinate with Squadrons, Division Heads, and Installation Team Leads for approvals and installation needs.
• Assist with media duplication and movement related tasks.
