Glosten is a naval architecture and marine engineering firm seeking a Naval Architect to design new vessels, develop modifications, and solve complex marine problems with practical engineering skills.
Responsibilities include applying hydrostatics, stability, and structural analyses, and navigating maritime regulatory guidance with field work and shipyard practices. Some travel may be required; based in Seattle, WA; Bellingham, WA; or Providence, RI.

We are seeking a talented Naval Architect ready to apply practical engineering skills to design new vessels, develop modifications to improve existing vessels, navigate an increasingly complex regulatory framework, and help clients solve unique problems in marine environments.
