Job summary

Pearson Carter are working with an established UK distributor, seeking a Business Applications Manager to own NAV/BC systems and lead the NAV to Business Central transformation. The role is based in Weybridge with 4 days per week onsite and a salary of £65,000–£70,000.

You will act as the internal NAV/BC SME, manage day-to-day support, improvements and data reporting using SQL and Power BI, and collaborate with IT and business users to optimise processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Experience as internal NAV/BC SME or systems owner.
• Solid SQL Server skills and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own core business applications and NAV/BC support.
• Lead NAV to Business Central transformation activities.
• Configure, maintain and optimise NAV/BC processes.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Support reporting with SQL and Power BI across finance, purchasing, sales and inventory.
