About You

Nutrafol is continuously seeking Naturopathic Doctors (Part-time / Contract) for future opportunities to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for motivated and compassionate licensed naturopathic doctors interested in providing wellness coaching sessions with a focus on hair and skin health for Nutrafol customers. You will play an active role in strengthening Nutrafol’s commitment to bringing premium, one-on-one wellness coaching consultations with a focus on lifestyle, stress management, overall well being to new and existing customers, and make a significant impact in Nutrafol customers’ daily lives through personalized coaching.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for holistic health and empowering individuals to achieve wellness goals through education and attainable plans. It also offers the potential to research and develop customer education resources, along with the opportunity to receive training in the world of hair and skin health.

Responsibilities

1. Lead one-on-one wellness coaching consultations with Nutrafol customers.
2. Utilize expertise and established standards to build rapport and connection during consultations providing a motivational and supportive environment.
3. Address customer questions and requests with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
4. Research new approaches and lifestyle changes that can aid in supporting hair health, skin health, and overall well being.
5. Interpret hair mineral analysis results and offer in-depth individualized educational consultations.
6. Educate customers on the proper use of Nutrafol products.
7. Collaborate with the Customer Experience to manage customer requests.
8. Maintain a high standard of customer engagement.
9. Keep up with the latest trends on nutritional science research.

Requirements

1. Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a valid current license in any US state.
2. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of botanical, nutraceutical, and mind body medicine.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency with Google Suite.
6. Strong presentation and training skills.
7. Passion for learning and a desire to research science, health, and wellness.
8. Ability to analyze and provide guidance surrounding health and wellness and supplement use.
9. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
10. A self-starter who is excited to help others.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $60 USD per hour. Please note that the benefits listed below are available to full-time, benefits-eligible Nutrafol employees and contract hires are not currently eligible for benefits as listed below.

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$60 - $60 USD
