Blue Earth Medicine is seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our thriving practice in Wenatchee, Washington. We are proud members of the Naturopathic Medicine Institute, carrying forward the traditions of Lindlahr, Hahnemann, and Otis G. Carroll. Our practice is rooted in the principles of classical naturopathic medicine — honoring the Vis, restoring balance, and supporting true healing.

We are looking for a philosophically aligned ND who is ready to step into the role of general practitioner with an emphasis on women's health. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Enjoys working collaboratively and values community and relationship-based care.
• Brings creativity, humility, and a willingness to grow with our clinic.
• New NDs are welcome and are encouraged to apply — mentorship and hands‑on support from an experienced naturopathic physician are available.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Naturopathic Medical School.
• Active Naturopathic License in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain).
• Familiarity with traditional naturopathic philosophy is strongly preferred.

Blue Earth Medicine offers a transparent, performance-aligned compensation model designed to grow with you.

Clinical Compensation

Providers are compensated on a percentage of collected patient revenue — meaning what is received from patients and insurance, not simply what is billed.

We want to be transparent: income grows with your patient load and building that base takes time. Most providers can expect to reach a sustainable income within approximately 4–6 months. We are committed to supporting that process through mentorship, scheduling and marketing support, and a practice that is already in high demand — our current provider is booked 7 weeks out.

Supplement Dispensing

Providers receive a defined percentage of supplement sales generated through their prescribing. The remainder supports clinic operations and continuing education resources — directly benefiting the environment you practice in. Supplement recommendations are always patient-need driven, consistent with our clinical philosophy.
