Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified.
• Must clear full background check.
• Must pass health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure, warm relationships through responsive interactions and positive discipline.
• Supervise children for safety and to support their growth.
• Observe and respond to children's needs in collaboration with the teaching team.
• Model appropriate behaviors and emotional expression.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Follow center policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
