The State of Maryland seeks a Natural Resource Planner III / Project Implementation Officer in Annapolis, MD. This long-term contractual role will manage multi-year restoration programs funded by state and federal sources, providing grants and project support to grantees and staff, and coordinating with partners to improve water quality and ecological outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field and at least three years of experience

• Three years of experience in natural resources planning or applied environmental science.
• Knowledge of grants and contracts management.
• Experience with state and federal funding sources.
