Rosauers Supermarkets in the Pacific Northwest is looking for friendly retail staff to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with locating products, and collaborate with store leadership to meet budget goals.

This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creating an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Welcoming and greeting customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Listening to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need.
• Assist customers with locating products; listen to customer questions and provide customer service.
• Meet and work with vendors monthly and maintain positive and productive relationships with them.
• Order natural living merchandise from approved vendors, collaborate with other stores on items needed.
• Verify billing and paperwork. Record delivery of merchandise, compare records, and report discrepancies.
• Order product weekly, make sure product is displayed, rotate and face daily.
• Inspect incoming products and follow stocking and product procedures.
• Develop display techniques for effective merchandising.
• Check on recalls; remove product and return as directed.
• Review department operating record and make adjustments to meet budget objectives.
• Follow corporate set financial goals and work within the budget.
• Lead and train department employees in their responsibilities; complete employee performance evaluations.
• Work together with the store management team.
• Other duties as assigned.
