Job Title: South Natural Gas Trader

Location: Houston

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven South Natural Gas Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of natural gas markets in the southern region, excellent risk management skills, and a proven track record of executing trades that contribute to the profitability of the firm. As a Natural Gas Trader, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, optimizing trading strategies, and managing positions to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor natural gas markets in the southern U.S., including regional supply-demand fundamentals, weather patterns, and key market drivers.
  • Execute and manage natural gas trades in the spot, forward, and futures markets.
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with risk management and analytics teams to assess market risks and refine strategies.
