Job summary

The DDS Companies in Collierville, TN seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex natural gas and utility projects from planning through execution. You will manage client communications, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in large-scale projects, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale utility projects.
• Experience with natural gas transmission, distribution or station design is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex natural gas engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage client meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items to milestones.
• Coordinate with schedulers and document controllers for project tracking.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline leads to align deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee quality and budget, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide status updates to Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and owner requirements.
