Job summary

The DDS Companies in Collierville, TN, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead high-priority natural gas engineering projects within the Utilities division. You will guide cross-discipline teams, manage client communications, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

This permanent, full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of PM experience in utility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale utility engineering projects.
• Proven experience with natural gas transmission, distribution, or station design projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project lead for complex natural gas engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within quality and budget constraints.
• Lead client meetings, develop thorough meeting minutes, and track action items to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with technical leads across disciplines to align deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with codes, standards, and owner requirements throughout the lifecycle.
