Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Gas Utility Leadman to guide field crews in installing and repairing gas lines while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Foreman and lead by example, while also handling routine labor tasks to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating crew activities, submitting daily progress reports, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining Operator Qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ years of gas utility experience preferred.

• Submit daily reports outlining daily job activities.
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules.
• Comply with industry and customer operating procedures while ensuring safety and quality.
• In the interim absence of the Foreman, step in to lead crew to remain operational.
• Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.

As aGas Utility Leadman, you will report to and be the right hand to the crew Foreman, playing a key role in leading your crew through the installation and repair of gas lines while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
