Five Pack Creative is seeking a UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary team that shapes the user experience for customer and employee-facing applications. You’ll influence product decisions with ownership from inception to implementation, contributing across interaction/visual design, information architecture, user research and UX strategy.

You’ll work across disciplines on large, complex apps, delivering personas, flows, research plans, tests, and both low- and hi-fidelity mockups.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with background in user experience design, interaction design or similar
• Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
• Experience working closely with developers from inception through implementation in an agile environment
• Advanced analytical skills dealing with complex data problems and sustainable solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, product lines, roles, and time zones
• Knowledge and proficiency using remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing devices and platforms
• In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and web/app trends
• Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI
• Experience iterating designs to conduct user testing and deliver to development teams
• Experience in responsive, adaptive and accessible designs
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate with non-technical users

Responsabilidades

• Work with cross-functional teams using agile methods to define user stories and UX deliverables
• Influence outcomes and product decisions based on UX best practices and design principles
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions efficiently
• Collect, analyze, present and act on feedback and manage changes to deliverables
• Present work clearly and compellingly to stakeholders
• Provide timely status updates on work left to do, issues and risks
• Communicate effectively with all team members to get work done
• Design the visual style, interface and interaction flows of applications and experiences
• Contribute to and adhere to established design system patterns
• Develop diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
• Advocate for the user and collaborate with business owners on features and flows
• Prepare, manage, update and distribute UX documentation
