Job summary

TSMG is expanding its global participant network to support advanced speech and conversational AI development. You will engage in unscripted conversations with another participant in your native language, in a controlled recording setting, guided by a moderator.

Each session lasts about two hours and includes two participants and one moderator. You will participate from a quiet location, follow guidelines, and help generate high-quality data for training speech recognition systems.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of the target language.
• Comfortable participating in paired conversations.
• Able to provide informed consent for participation.
• Reliable and able to attend the full session.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a natural conversation with another participant in your native language
• Discuss one of several suggested general-interest topics provided during the session
• Take part in the conversation for approximately 2 hours
• Attend a short technical setup and equipment check before the recording begins
• Follow the session guidelines and moderator instructions
