Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking a dentist to serve as a first-line treating professional for a Native American population in its dental clinics. The role requires a DDS/DMD, active US dental license, BLS, and TCRHCC credentialing, with a commitment to high ethical standards and culturally competent care.

The incumbent will perform a full range of dental duties, participate in QA activities, and contribute to administrative tasks as needed.

Formación

• Education/Experience: Must possess a D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• License: Must have current, full, unrestricted dental license to practice dentistry in the US.
• Certifications: Must have and maintain a current BLS certification from AHA.
• Credentialing: Must be credentialed member of the TCRHCC Medical Staff.
• Other Skills and Abilities: Positive references, ethical conduct, reliability, communication, and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oral and radiographic examinations and diagnose conditions.
• Restore cavities using standard materials.
• Administer local anesthesia.
• Extract teeth (non-surgical and surgical).
• Scale calculus and perform curettage.
• Treat dental and periodontal infections.
• Coordinate specialty prosthodontic procedures as needed.
• Maintain proper PPE and participate in committee activities as required.
