Red Circle Lodge, located in Utah near Zion National Park, seeks a Cultural Director to plan and conduct Native American cultural programs for staff and residents. You will oversee cultural initiatives, coordinate events, and collaborate with the CEO.
The role includes managing partnerships and educating staff on cultural competencies and historical trauma. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and supervisory experience, with CADCII as a plus.
This exciting opportunity is located in the shadows of Zion National Park near hiking trails, state parks and majestic mountain scenery. Under general supervision of the Board of Directors the Cultural Director plans and conducts Native American Cultural programs and events for staff and residents.
We are residential youth treatment program open to adolescents who wish to heal through therapeutic practices and Native American philosophies. We are a structured living environment for boys and girls 12–17 years of age who are struggling with substance abuse, depression, suicidal ideation, family and relationship problems, oppositional deviance, deviant behaviors, delinquency, mental health disorders, sexual promiscuity, and other destructive and addictive behaviors.
Reports to the CEO and may oversee culture team.
