Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near New Haven, CT, to support 400+ clinics nationwide. The role is full-time and salaried, with travel and uncapped commission opportunities, starting from a base of $64,800 annually plus 2.5% commission.

You will lead consultations, drive revenue, mentor a small team, and ensure an exceptional client experience across locations, while embracing a dynamic, travel-heavy schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexible schedules.
• Residence near a major airport and access to vehicle rental.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations and convert leads to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including closing and retention.
• Promote treatment packages with consultative selling techniques.
• Drive revenue and monitor KPIs to ensure growth.
• Coach 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Support daily clinic operations and onboarding of new managers.
