This role involves carpentry, painting, flooring installs, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC, and travel across the country as needed.

Minimum 3 years in construction or commercial maintenance is required. OSHA 10-hour certification is encouraged; tool-handedness and strong communication are essential to build

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Basic supply of construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10-hour or completion within 3 months of employment (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial renovations and builds.
• Follow OSHA requirements and work safely.
• Presentable, communicate with customers and build relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs with measurements, photos, quotes.
