Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. This on-site role requires 90-100% travel and oversight from groundbreaking to closeout, coordinating with subcontractors and crews to keep projects on schedule.

You will enforce safety, manage quality control, and handle project documentation, RFIs, and field directives while building strong relationships with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6) experience.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors and field crews to maintain productivity.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform inspections and manage quality control.
• Manage punch lists and project turnover.
