Vomela, a full-service visual communications company, seeks a Sign Installation Project Manager in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of retail sign installation programs across client locations nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in project or installation management, experience with ERP/MIS and Excel, and the ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/installation management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects across geographic locations.
• Knowledge of retail signage, environmental graphics, construction, or facility programs.
• Experience with ERP, MIS, or production management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end execution of retail signage installation programs across client locations nationwide.
• Coordinate installation schedules with store operations, construction teams, landlords, permitting authorities, and installation vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, installation trackers, status reports, and customer communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related issues, escalations, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate site surveys, permit requirements, equipment rentals, and installation logistics.
• Work with manufacturing and logistics to ensure signage is produced, shipped, and delivered on schedule.
• Manage a nationwide network of installation partners ensuring safety, quality, and brand standards.
• Track project costs, labor utilization, change orders, and invoicing.
