Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive daily execution on project sites nationwide, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. The role requires leading field crews, coordinating with Project Managers, and maintaining strong safety practices across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in technical field work and at least 1 year in field leadership, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience required.
• 1+ years of field leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and supervise daily activities of field crews on multiple project sites.
• Assign work tasks and ensure crews understand project expectations and daily objectives.
• Own daily production goals and ensure crews meet established targets.
• Execute work plans and schedules as defined by Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Identify and resolve field issues that may impact quality, schedule, or productivity.
• Communicate daily project updates, production status, and field concerns to Construction and Project Managers.
• Preview future project sites to ensure site is ready for construction when crews arrive.
• Lead field crews in people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drive team KPI’s to contribute to the department and team scorecard.
