Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking a Field Surveyor to support the installation of utility-scale energy projects across the United States. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining surveying equipment and ensuring construction aligns with design and construction requirements.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of construction surveying experience and a two-year surveying training or equivalent, be able to read blueprints, and pass a background check.Travel to job sites is 100%

Qualifications

• Two-year technical engineering/surveying training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years construction surveying experience.
• Ability to accurately read Blueprints.
• Pass a background check and drug/alcohol screen.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to job sites (100% travel).
• Composite or steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveying service on company projects to ensure construction adheres to design.
• Conduct periodic reviews and checks on assigned project surveying for accuracy.
• Assist with auxiliary surveying, grade control, and quantity calculations.
• Work outdoors for extended periods under various weather conditions.
