Job summary

Willdan Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple energy retrofit projects across the United States. This role requires extensive travel with a structured schedule of 3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week at home. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of related experience, demonstrating strong knowledge in energy infrastructure projects and construction management.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, as well as fostering client relationships to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction management experience with strong field operations background.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
• Experience with data center substations, microgrids, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent energy construction projects across the U.S.
• Ensure adherence to construction specifications QA/QC, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project success.
