Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced National Shop Manager to lead multi‑unit diesel shop operations across the United States. The role requires extensive travel to sites, coaching local teams, and supporting new openings while stabilizing underperforming locations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader, able to assess operational needs quickly, develop leadership talent, and drive improvements that align with LV Petroleum standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shop management or multi-unit operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide for extended periods as business needs require.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to LV Petroleum locations nationwide to train staff and develop local leadership teams.
• Support new location openings, transitions, and underperforming shops.
• Evaluate operations and implement process improvements aligned with LV Petroleum standards.
• Provide hands‑on coaching in daily operations, customer service, and team management.
• Ensure compliance with LV Petroleum policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Step in as acting manager or leadership support when needed.
• Build strong, professional relationships across multiple teams and locations.
