CDL-class A Truck Driver - Dry Bulk Pneumatic
Now recruiting for Spring opportunities. Positions are limited.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety programs and procedures diligently to ensure a secure work environment.
2. Collaborate with job site crews to load, transport, and unload materials, prioritizing timely delivery appointments.
3. Adhere to Federal, State, and local DOT and FMCSA regulations, as well as internal policies, licensing, and certifications.
4. Thoroughly check and match materials and quantities on each load with bill of ladings, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
5. Maintain professional and clear communication with customers, subcontractors, coworkers, vendors, inspectors, and the public.
6. Act as a Company representative during all interactions.
7. Perform daily pre and post-trip equipment inspections, promptly reporting any issues for resolution.
8. Ensure the truck and trailer are clean, safe, and well-maintained during job assignments.
9. Keep accurate electronic logs of hours of service in compliance with regulations.
10. Proficiently use phone applications for dispatch information and paperwork management.
11. Stay compliant with the CDL license requirements.
12. Willingness to travel out of town for varying durations.
13. Fulfill any other duties as necessary and assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Class A CDL is a requirement for this position, with Tanker endorsements being a plus but not mandatory for interstate driving.
2. Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
3. Willingness to travel for varying durations, ranging from 1 week to 2+ months, depending on the project.
4. Possession and maintenance of a current medical card is mandatory.
5. Experience with manual transmission is advantageous.
6. A good driving history with no recent major driving citations or violations is necessary, along with verifiable previous driving employment.
7. Pre-employment screenings include drug tests, background checks, FMCSA PSP, MVR checks, and compliance with DOT drug and alcohol programs.
8. Proficiency in using modern technology like smartphones and tablets is essential.
9. Safety must be a primary expectation while maintaining a sense of urgency for team success.
10. While preferred, pneumatic bulk hauling experience is not required as training will be provided.

Compensation:
$65,000 to $100,000+
