Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician in Charlotte, NC to join a fast-paced pharmacy operations team. You will support prescription fulfillment and collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

This role requires active PTCB/PTCE certification, NC NCBOP registration, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician National Certification (PTCB or PTCE).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification.
• Package and ship completed prescription orders to patients.
• Maintain inventory levels of medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Operate and support automated dispensing equipment.
• Replenish workstation supplies needed for prescription fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and team members to meet daily production goals.
