Job summary

Jenkins Restorations is seeking a Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee nationwide mitigation and emergency services projects. The role involves field and office work, technician supervision, and coordination with insurance adjusters to manage budgets and scopes.

Applicants should have an Associate degree or equivalent, 1–2 years’ related experience, and be IICRC certified (WRT, CDS, AMRT). Travel is required for CAT events and large projects across the country.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a record of strong academic achievement.
• 1–2 years of industry-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess and maintain IICRC certifications in WRT, CDS, and AMRT.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Mitigation & Emergency Services jobs with service issues.
• Hire and train Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians.
• Supervise Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians.
• Coordinate responses to new jobs and scope projects for estimating.
