Job summary

MedVet is offering an Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) for new grads to become exceptional ER clinicians. It is a 1-year training with mentored training and rotations across ER specialties, followed by a 1-year ER commitment.

You’ll start with salary and full benefits, with production-based pay in year two; opportunities for leadership and potential shareholder status within MedVet.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from AVMA-recognized institution.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of your program.
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty.

Our ECMP is an accelerated training program providing the opportunity for veterinarians to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to be an exceptional Emergency Clinician in an organization owned and led by veterinarians that practices the highest quality of specialty healthcare.

ECMP is a 1-year training program with a 1-year ER commitment with your training hospital. It starts with mentored training and specialty rotations as you develop your ER clinical expertise.
