Job summary

Horizon Retail Construction in Vail, Arizona, is seeking a Construction Superintendent (National Traveling) to oversee construction projects. This role involves 100% travel across the United States and requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial fast track construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial fast track construction.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement.
• Proven track record of running successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction at various job sites across the United States.
• Act as the point person on each job site, coordinating with Project Managers.
• Direct the activities of subcontractors and client vendors.

Skills

Commercial fast track construction experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Leadership and communication skills

Understanding of OSHA standards
