Job summary

Horizon Retail Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent (National Traveling) to oversee construction at job sites across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial fast track construction and a strong understanding of retail tenant improvements.

Key responsibilities include serving as the point person on job sites, directing subcontractors, and managing project communication. A valid driver’s license and proven leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial fast track construction.
• Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proven track record of running successful projects.

Responsibilities
