Job summary

Horizon Retail Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent (National Traveling) to oversee retail tenant-improvement projects nationwide. The role serves as the on-site lead and coordinates with Project Managers at headquarters in Wisconsin, with 100% travel to job sites across the United States.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in commercial fast-track construction, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to read blueprints and specs, and knowledge of OSHA

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in commercial fast-track construction.
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Understanding of subcontractor responsibilities.
Knowledge of OSHA standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction at the jobsite.
Serve as on-site lead and coordinate with Project Managers at headquarters.
Must travel the United States; 100% travel.
Directs activities of subcontractors and client vendors.
