Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a Traveling Clinic Manager in the United States. You will travel to 400+ locations, lead client consultations, drive revenue, and coach a small team to exceed sales goals while ensuring outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Comfortable traveling extensively (100%) with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and performance tracking.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
