Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics, traveling nationwide to lead sales and ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee consultations, close deals, and coach a small team while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires 100% travel and residence near a major airport. As a travelling leader, you will drive revenue, analyze performance data, and leverage financing options to broaden client access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience mentoring a small team (2–5).
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (100%).

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers after training.
