About the Company - ConMet is looking for a National Service Manager who will support ConMet throughout the sale and life cycle of ConMet’s products. This includes training on both installation and diagnostics, failed product analysis/investigations, field product testing/installations, warranty support, and other needs of our customers.
This is a home-based, individual contributor sales role focusing on the southeastern markets of the US and has no direct reports. The ideal candidate will be currently living in the Southeast; however, relocation assistance is available.
About the Role - The purpose of the National Service Manager is to support ConMet products throughout the sale and life cycle of ConMet’s products. This includes training on both installation and diagnostics, failed product analysis/investigations, field product testing/installations, warranty support, and other needs of our customers. In support of this function the National Service Manager will become a technical expert on ConMet’s products and the related systems on the vehicle. This role works hand in hand with our sales and engineering teams to support commercial vehicle fleet, aftermarket, and OEM/OES customers. In addition to directly supporting our customers, this role will support the National Service Group’s engagement in related industry associations and events.
