Job description

Job Overview

The National Senior Resource Counselor (NSRC) is responsible for increasing initial in-person presentations (IPP) and move-ins within their portfolio of communities from leads referred by referral agencies and assigned lead sources.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to leads from multiple channels (phone, email, website).
  2. Enter leads into the Sunrise lead database application.
  3. Review all Sunrise options with the referral agency representative.
  4. Contact the lead and set up the IPP.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for referral agencies and customers until the Director of Sales establishes contact.
  6. Position Sunrise Senior Living as a preferred provider.
  7. Strengthen relationships with referral agencies.
  8. Implement sales strategies.
  9. Achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including some holidays.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-office environment.
