Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• 3+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Experience working with the Intelligence Community.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate program processes and delivery mechanisms to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain program documentation for clarity across stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program frameworks including decision-making and accountability.
• Coordinate across diverse teams to maintain strategic alignment and drive accountability.
• Lead program discussions and ensure outcomes are documented and actioned.
• Drive recurring stakeholder engagements to build trusted relationships and ensure transparency.
• Champion innovation by exploring AI and automation opportunities to streamline tasks.
