Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a National Team Lead to interface with the CJCS J36 staff and other organizations in the National Capital Region. You will collaborate with command centers to define roles, missions, operational concepts, and system requirements, and help integrate systems into operations centers while developing crew training requirements.

The role requires a current, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and experience briefing at senior levels, plus ability to travel about

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field plus 8+ years experience, or Master's +6 years.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience briefing at general officer / flag officer level.
• Experience with Command and Control systems in an operations center.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Interface with CJCS J36 staff and other NCR organizations to define roles, missions, and operational concepts.
• Collaborate with National Military Command Center and Mission Operations Centers to define system requirements.
• Develop crew training requirements and integrate systems into operations centers.
• Prepare operational plans, schedules, cost estimates, internal communications, and briefing materials.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Master's degree (preferred)

12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
