Qualifications

• Experience conducting trade compliance due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions regulations, and customs laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support due diligence reviews for corporate transactions involving global trade compliance risks.
