Qualifications

• 3–4 years of international trade, sanctions, export controls, CFIUS, or national security experience.
• Experience advising on transactions with trade or national security considerations.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility.
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academics.

Responsibilities
