Article Student Living is looking for a National Sales Specialist (NSS) to join our team to help grow the portfolio and lead leasing and marketing goals from the corporate team to the site level. As a brand ambassador and champion of Article Student Living properties, the NSS will partner with on-site staff to ensure occupancy and renewal goals. You will also create marketing plans, train on-site staff, analyze market trends, and present to colleagues in operations, asset management, or other areas to support these trends.You will travel up to 75% of the time to properties throughout the portfolio that require proximity to a major airport.
Reporting to: Director of Leasing and Property Management.
Pay range is $65,000-$70,000, plus an annual bonus.
