Article Student Living in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Professional to create exceptional resident experiences, drive marketing initiatives, and secure leasing success. This full-time role offers growth in marketing, social media, customer engagement, and property operations.

You will report to the Leasing & Marketing Manager, mentor Community Assistants, and gain exposure to leadership opportunities across leasing, marketing, and property management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Follow up on leasing leads and convert tours into leases.
• Become an expert on the property's features, amenities, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct property tours and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support marketing efforts, social media initiatives, and resident outreach.
• Attend local events and community marketing opportunities.
• Provide creative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Process applications, deposits, and required leasing documentation.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and tour path.
• Collaborate with property leadership on special projects.

You'll work closely with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, mentor Community Assistants, and build a foundation for future growth within our expanding portfolio.
