Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive adoption of the employer's molecular diagnostic platform
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas through new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Prospect and engage decision-makers, including physicians and lab directors
- Serve as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and provider education programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in Business to Business sales
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
- Demonstrated success in selling diagnostic assays or platforms at the national or multi-regional level
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and physician adoption dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling diagnostic assays or platforms with a proven track record of high client satisfaction and retention
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel nationally (50-70%)
