  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas through new customer acquisition and account expansion

  • Serve as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and provider education programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in Business to Business sales
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated success in selling diagnostic assays or platforms at the national or multi-regional level
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and physician adoption dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling diagnostic assays or platforms with a proven track record of high client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel nationally (50-70%)
