Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a Recruiter in Tucson, AZ. You will own the end-to-end candidate search and interview process, working with an on-site hiring manager to drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

No experience? You’ll receive best-in-class paid training and immediate opportunities to earn with uncapped bonuses and a robust commission-style structure. Base salary starts at $50,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
