We specialize in creating exceptional, unforgettable stays in beautifully designed Airstreams, tents, and cabins, providing an experience that’s both immersive and indulgent. Our mission is to bring people closer to nature while offering the amenities of a boutique hotel.

Position Overview:

The National Sales Manager for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. You will be responsible for generating wedding group and event leads and bookings across all properties through proactive sales efforts. This role covers the Eastern United States and focuses on the wedding markets. Responsibilities include outside sales calls, prospecting, attending tradeshows and events, with a focus on driving group and event revenue, especially during shoulder and off-peak seasons. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in proactive sales, strong client relationships, and territory knowledge. You should be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition and have a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding goals. This is a remote position, requiring residence in the Eastern U.S., with limited travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations within your territory to grow group and event bookings and revenue.
  • Travel at least quarterly within your territory to conduct sales calls, host client events, and attend networking functions.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals set by leadership.
  • Proactively pursue new accounts through prospecting, client visits, and virtual/in-person presentations to increase brand awareness.
  • Identify key accounts and develop strategic plans to expand business within those accounts.
  • Promote AutoCamp and Field Station brands by networking with referral sources and attending industry events.
  • Establish relationships with third-party partners to generate qualified leads.
  • Follow AutoCamp/Field Station processes and procedures.
