Role Description

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing nationwide sales teams, analyzing sales data, and overseeing the sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, Managing Senior Regional Sales Managers, Independent Rep selection and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. We sell under the brands of Beautyrest, Nautica and Boyd Sleep. We sell Walmart, Costco, Amazon and many top brick and mortar accounts.

Qualifications
