Responsibilities

• Run and compile monthly performance and sales activity reports.
• Complete and submit expense reports for executives and team members.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of employee events.
• Assist with logistics for client-facing events and functions.
• Communicate with local markets and internal teams to gather information.
• Provide Proof of Performance materials (ad photos, webcams).
• Organize and maintain digital files using Google Drive and Highspot.
• Assist with sales collateral and materials.
