Job Title: National Sales Director 3-Tier System

Location: Remote (Must be available during East Coast work hours)

Salary: Base (variance based on experience) + bonus structure, Job Type - Full Time

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred), 5+ years in sales with 3 Tier Distributor Management (Required)

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven leader eager to contribute to our success. As a National Sales Director, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Distributor Management: Collaborate daily with 3 Tier distribution partners, participate in quarterly and annual planning, drive sales through our distributor network, set up states with pricing, programming, sales force management, and oversee business planning, account management, sales activities, and budgeting.
  2. Prospecting: Target key buyers with the distributor sales team, maintain ongoing communication, conduct virtual/in-person meetings, and organize events/samplings at key accounts.
  3. Sales: Drive sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize our brand across channels.
  4. Develop, Land, and Manage Regional Accounts: Identify, secure, and manage independent retailer accounts to maximize sales and visibility. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
  5. Achieve Monthly Sales Goals: Set and meet monthly sales targets, continually optimizing accounts for maximum performance.
  6. Hustle: We value hard-working individuals ready to bring their own energy and initiative!

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the beverage industry (spirits & wine preferred)
  • 4-year college degree
  • Strong skills in business planning, sales, and account management
  • Experience in team management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry and experience selling consumer-packaged goods (CPG)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and key meetings
  • Reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Provide references and retail experience
