Job Overview

REMOTE Position - We are seeking dynamic remote entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Nationwide team! You will be responsible for helping families with their individualized insurance solutions, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. This role offers uncapped earnings potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the organization, the families you help, and in building your family financial legacy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a determined and ambitious individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding industry, and to earn what you're worth. If you want to only make $5K a week or over $10K+ a week, it is up to you and how you learn & work our system. We are looking for licensed agents, or if you are not licensed, we will assist in showing you how to get licensed.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in sales, with 1-3 years of experience as a sales leader or recent graduate.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business success.
• Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in remote team management and sales coaching.
• Proficiency in B2C sales and compensation models.

• Attend Zoom meetings and two in-person training events per year.
